Billecart - Salmon

3C Bar & Restaurant hosted Sebastien Papin Ambassador for the Champagne House of Billecart Salmon Asia / Pacific during his NZ visit.

A selection of Dhall & Nash trade custometrs kicked off the afternoon. Sebastien charmed us with stories of the Champagne houses while we sampled Billecart Salmon's Blanc de Blanc, Brut & Rose all matched with a selection of cheeses. To finish we were treated with the Marc de Champagne.

The evening was filled with a selection of tantalising canapes & of course the champagne was flowing! Thank you for those that participated & made this event such a success. We look forward to hosting Sebastien during his next visit to NZ for another memorable evening!
