Looking for a good time? Here at 3C – Colonial Carrying Company, functions are our thing. Great events are comprised of ambience, mouthwatering food, a stunning wine list & outstanding ‘all about YOU’ friendly service in a beautiful Wellington heritage building.
Whether you're entertaining clients, celebrating an engagement or birthday, would like to reward your staff with a wine tasting, hosting a fund raiser or just after a bar leaner for some after work drinks & nibbles - we look forward to assisting you in planning this event.
3C have a few different areas to choose from, a funky separate mezzanine floor including a luxurious lounge bar, or some very cute cozy nooks for those smaller parties or business meetings. And remember, in nearly every case there is NO HIREAGE fee, you only pay for what you eat & drink.
Restaurant Area - seats 50 people for dinner & can hold around 60 people standing casually. With a full range of bottled beer & wine, water station, views out towards the boatshed, amazing leather seating...
Lounge Area – awesome for casual drinks, seats up to 30 people for dinner or 40 people standing casually. With a full range of bottled beer & wine, water station, & views down to the main bar... amazing leather seating & ambience to die for.
Mezzanine Floor - Restaurant & Lounge – seats up to 80 people for dinner or 120 people standing, with a full range of bottled beer & wine.
Lounge Nook – for dining experiences for 2 people up to 10 people... amazing wee room with curtains & your very own wait staff! Ideal for wedding anniversaries, special occasions, small hen’s nights, Valentine’s Day, birthdays, proposing to your loved one (think lots & lots of candles, chocolate & pinot noir) or just an amazing dinner away from others...
Rock Corner – Reminisce in the Rock corner, located to the left of the bar tucked away behind a private wall – seats up to 15 people, surrounded by photos of our favourite artists... grab a whole lot of friends, snuggle up & listen to our favourite tunes. We will make sure you are looked after... you can have your very own wait person to call your own... they will love you for the night...
Whisky Corner - While away on a Whisky or anything else for that matter. Located to the right of the bar, with the bar a couple of steps away – couple of blocks of frozen water, just water, or none of that, because you like it neat... & your very own plasma screen to watch a spot of sport...
All the LOVE you could ever dream of (WHOLE BAR), we can cater up to 300 people – so don’t be shy.
