TERMS & CONDITIONS
- In nearly every case there is no room hire fee or minimum spend for reservations at 3C Bar & Restaurant.
- Please do not hesitate to contact Natasha at 3C to discuss specific dietary requirements or beverage packages for your function.
- Lunch, Dinner & Christmas Set Menus are available for reservations over 10 people. Please select how many courses (1, 2 or 3) & which ones (just main, entrée & main, main & dessert or all 3 courses) will be required.
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for Canapé / Platter & Set Menus.
- Bar Snacks & Small Plates menus are available to preorder or order on the day via your personal wait staff.
- No BYO food or beverage is permitted at 3C.
- Guaranteed final numbers are required 48 hours prior to the commencement of the function. If numbers vary you will be charged according to the confirmed numbers or attendees; whichever is greater.
- Credit card details are required to confirm a reservation. No charges will be made to the card until the end of the function. Full payment is required on the day of the function.
- Deposits are welcome but not necessary.
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations within the 48 hours prior to the function will be charged 25% of the total food cost. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the function will be charged 50% of the total food cost. Cancellations on the day of the function will be charged 100% of the food & labour cost.
- Reservations outside of normal trading hours will require 2 weeks’ notice & involve a minimum spend.
- 3C Bar & Restaurant is a licensed premises with all sections designated as supervised areas. Therefore minors are welcome only if accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times. Please note that a close relative e.g. an uncle or aunt is not the same as a legal guardian.
- 3C takes pride in being responsible hosts & providing a safe & friendly environment for all of their guests to enjoy.
- The client is liable for any damages to 3C property & will be charged accordingly.
